Selecting the right sealant is critical to the success of a leak sealing project, as different sealant is designed to meet different requirements of working conditions. Three variables are normally considered when evaluating the working conditions: leaking system temperature, system pressure and leaking medium. During the years working with laboratories and on-site practitioners, we have developed the following series of sealants:
Sealant TXY-18#
UNIVERSAL ONLINE LEAK SEALANTS
TXY-18 # selant could be applied to almost any leaking condition.
Feature: Wide medium resistance with good flexibility and pliability; heat-curing; applicable for flanges, pumps, piping, boilers, heat exchangers etc. under high temperature and high pressure.
Temperature Range: 175o~1470o F
Storage Conditions: Sealed under normal temperature
Sealant TXY-8#
SPECIALITY ONLINE LEAK SEALANTS
Customized types of sealants tailored for special leaking condition.
Feature: Non-curing with strong chemical, oil and liquid resistance; applicable for all kinds of leaks on piping or equipments.
Temperature Range: -380o~500oF
Storage Conditions:Sealed under normal temperature
Sealant TXY-16#
Feature: Heat-curing with high flexibility and pliability; applicable for stuffing boxes, rotary pumps and flanges etc.
Temperature Range: <1260oF
Storage Conditions: Sealed under normal temperature
Sealant TXY-18A#
Feature: As an upgraded version of TXY-18# sealant, TXY-18A# includes nano material in its composition, which significantly improves its heat-resistibility and its sealing effect.
Temperature Range: 300o~1650oF

Sealant TXY-B8#
Feature: Thermal-expansion, non-curing, excellent pliability under high temperature, applicable for stuffing boxes, rotary pumps and rotating shafts etc.
Temperature Range: 32o-1652oF
